Our New luxury villa is the perfect setting for your magical vacation to the sunshine state. Situated in the newly built community of Magic Landings, our villa will take your breath away from the minute you drive through the impressive palm tree lined entrance. The tailored landscaping welcomes you with conservation areas and a lake that brings you a sense of peace and tranquillity.

Our wonderful villa is situated off the famous US192, in east Kissimmee. The US192 has a vast array of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and bars. Only 20 minutes from Disney World Resort and within 30 minutes drive from the major theme parks, Magic Landings is the perfect location for your dream holiday.

Our villa is situated on a premium lot with excellent views of the lake and conservation area. The villa is fully air conditioned and furnished by professional designers. With a spacious 2408 square feet, the interior of the villa creates a perfect balance of practicality and comfort. The family room and three of the bedrooms have Satellite T.V. The fourth bedroom has a DVD player. All bed linen and towels are provided in the villa. For our younger guests we provide a highchair and stroller, all free of charge, local calls are also free. We will have a games room, with pool table and Xbox 360 from May 2007.

Bedroom
The villa comprises of four large luxuriously furnished bedrooms allowing up to 8 adults to sleep comfortably. 2 Master suites encompassing en-suite facilities and walk-in-closets, with French doors leading to the pool and large windows with views of the picturesque lake. The two Twin rooms share adjoining facilities, and include fitted wardrobes. The villa can sleep up to 10 people if the Queen sized sofa bed in the lounge is utilised.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The open plan kitchen which features fitted maple units is fully equipped with a complete range of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils along with modern appliances including a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, blender, toaster, etc.. There is also an assortment of plastic crockery for the patio area. Located adjacent to the kitchen is a separate dining area for formal evening meals and entertaining. The breakfast bar offers another option for informal meals and snacks. The Utility Room adjoining the kitchen has a large washing machine and tumble dryer along with an iron & ironing board.

The Pool Area
The private swimming pool will leave you feeling refreshed and vibrant under the Florida sun. The pool area is not directly overlooked, and backs on to a stunning lake with surrounding woods. The abundance of wildlife, birds and butterflies that can be observed is simply breathtaking. The pool is fully screened, there is a covered lanai and extended sun deck, which is in full sun all day. Pool toys and a range of luxury pool furniture are providing for your magical vacation. In accordance with Florida Law, all doors leading to the pool area are fitted with child alert alarms for your piece of mind.

The Living Room
Although most people prefer to spend the majority of their time outside, Magic Landings Villa has a very spacious and luxuriously furnished living room with tasteful décor. Featuring a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, glass top coffee table and decorative lamps to provide subtle mood lighting. All for you and your family to relax and enjoy after a hectic day exploring the parks. There is cable TV, DVD player for your entertainment or alternatively, why not enjoy your favourite cd’s, radio station or cassettes on our Hi-fi stereo system.

Though the villa is a non-smoking villa, smoking is allowed outside around the pool area.
